Dental plans

Our membership plans cover your routine examinations and hygiene visits for a simple monthly Direct Debit, administered by our trusted partner Tabeo. Every plan also includes 10% off all private dental treatment (excluding cosmetic and orthodontic treatment), routine X-rays where clinically necessary, preventive advice, and emergency assessment during surgery hours.

Paid separately, a routine examination is £54 and a hygiene visit £53 — £107 for the pair. Maintenance Plan 1 covers both for £96 a year, spread into easy monthly payments — and your 10% member discount applies to eligible treatment you go on to need, from fillings to crowns.

The details that matter

• Payments are collected monthly in advance by Direct Debit through Tabeo Limited; membership starts with your first successful payment.
• Your plan year runs for 12 months from the date you join. Unused appointments cannot be carried forward or refunded.
• You book your own appointments; missed or late-cancelled appointments (less than 24 hours’ notice) may incur the missed-appointment fee set out in our private patient terms (£20 per 10 minutes of the booked time).
• Treatments not included in your plan are charged at our standard private rates — minus your 10% member discount where it applies.
• You can cancel at any time with one month’s written notice. Fees are normally reviewed once a year with at least a month’s notice.
• Your data is handled under UK GDPR; the practice is registered with the ICO. Full plan terms and conditions are available at reception.
