• Private patients — please see our Terms and Conditions for Private Patients, which cover treatment plans, payments, deposits, cancellations, refunds and our 12-month guarantee.
• NHS patients — NHS treatment is provided under NHS Wales terms. Our reception team can advise on NHS charges and entitlements.
• Concerns or complaints — please see our Complaints Policy.
